Allround Team GmbH2 has been developing and providing competent and sustainable solutions in the area of tension between people, technology and the environment since 1999. The company’s purpose is to provide services in the areas of communications, interaction design, internationalization, prototyping and UX research. Together with our customers, we leave previous assumptions, habits and prejudices behind us – and in doing so create the experiences of tomorrow.
Our customers come to us from all over the world. Regardless of whether we work for you internationally or locally, our aim is to always offer first-class service that meets the specific requirements of clients and their regular customers.
We work for a wide range of industries – from the automotive and aviation industries to the pharmaceutical industry. We also work with clients from the retail, cosmetics and medical sectors, as well as with national and international agencies that offer financial services and advice. In addition to our work in the multinational business sector, we also provide services to start-ups, NGOs and public sector organizations.

The quality of the business processes, especially our services, i.e. the legally compliant, standard and market-oriented provision of the service requested by the customer, is the essential element for securing the future of Allround Team GmbH.
We attach great importance to ensuring that business opportunities and risks are balanced. The four-eyes principle helps to reduce company risk, for example in payment transactions, sales contracts or personnel decisions.

To ensure that we meet these goals sustainably, Allround Team GmbH has an integrated quality management system. The integrated QMS covers all core areas of the company and is described in a manual and other applicable documents. The tasks, responsibilities and authorities as well as the system-related processes are presented and bindingly defined. This is necessary to optimize business processes and ensure the application of the QMS.
We follow a process-oriented approach. This means systematically recognizing the numerous interconnected activities in the Allround team and presenting and implementing them in an understandable form. The QMS is to be implemented and further developed on the basis of key figures in the area of internal business processes and finances.
Every employee should be well aware of the rules that affect his or her area of work. For this reason, the QMH3 and the associated documents are made available to every employee. Management and middle management have a special obligation to observe the rules of the QMS. Nevertheless, the requirements set out in the QMH or in specific QM4 documents apply to every employee of the Allround team. We are all called upon to contribute to its improvement.
The main goal of Allround Team GmbH is to develop products and services that improve the quality of life. To this end, we use our expertise with usage-centered innovations, interaction design, communication and internationalization. Driven by the desire to create strong collaborative relationships that build on the different strengths that each of us brings, we want to achieve meaningful and sustainable successes together.
We open up and find access to people. Basically, we assume a benevolent intention from person to person, so our interest in the connection is genuine. Curiosity about topics and people creates joy in encounters. We are enthusiastic about the connections that arise from this, which is why we are extremely well networked.
Our work is comprehensive in approach (in breadth), because this means we are flexible enough to find customer-oriented solutions. At the same time, we concentrate on producing the service itself (in depth) competently and in a well-founded manner. In doing so, we ensure that meaningful connections are created between the results for our customers, partners and for us. This is how we constantly develop ourselves and our topics and dynamically adapt them to needs. It is important to us to remain self-sufficient and independent with an agile team in order to maintain this creativity and agility.

A quality management system that is practiced and supported and lived by the awareness of each and every individual is an essential part of our corporate policy and target strategy.
The continuous improvement of our services and our joint interaction, in a field of diverse interests and groups, laws and regulations, expectations and fears, is promoted systematically and purposefully and supported by appropriate training and qualification measures for our staff. In this process of constant renewal and improvement, the involvement of all employees plays a core role.
We want to convey the highest degree of credibility to all partners, customers and institutions, but especially to our own employees, when we talk about the intended creation of a corporate culture that should best take into account the changing conditions of the future.
Changes in all areas of our lives, and at ever shorter intervals, increasingly determine how we interact with each other. So that we can all act independently and entrepreneurially, we need a common self-image. In order to be able to give this self-image a common basis, we need a basis that is accepted by all employees. We need values and norms as a common framework for action and guidance in our daily work.
We see this framework for action, among other things, in the development of a continuous improvement process and the practice of an effective quality management system.

To achieve this, we need open communication and a spirit of partnership. We encourage constructive criticism and addressing conflicts as the basis of the continuous improvement process. This requires social skills, the ability to work in a team and personal responsibility among all staff. With their role model function, managers have a special responsibility for the workforce.
